AdemirSerrano LLC Return Policy

At AdemirSerrano LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy below outlines the steps you need to take to return your items.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Custom-made (M2O) garments
    • Final sale items
    • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

    • Email us at support@ademirserrano.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Return:

    • Carefully package the item(s) to avoid damage during shipping.
    • Include the RA number and a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:
    • Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
  2. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
    • If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Exchanges

  1. Initiating an Exchange:

    • If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • For defective or incorrect items, email us at support@ademirserrano.com with your order number and a photo of the defect or error. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement.
